Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Window. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Process. Contact our support channel to request a return. We'll send instructions and a return address.

Refunds. Once we receive the returned item we'll inspect it and process a refund to your original payment method (or the same number for cash-on- delivery orders) within 7 business days.

Exclusions. Personalised items, intimate goods, and final-sale items are not eligible.
